1. Steal this little bit of html code. (theif! :) (right click, then "save link as")
2. Paste the html code somewhere on your page.
3. Download both of these 2 .jpg files JPG1 JPG2. (the html code uses them) (right click, then "save link as")
4. Fill out the information below.
5. E-Mail me and let me know that you've submitted your site so I can do my job and get you setup.
