The last note of the lead is a 0 if it's going from chorus to verse
(i.e. back to Am) and it's a 3 if it's going verse to chorus
(i.e. going to C)

This guitar part might also be octave doubled which sounds good but
it may be that the chords are played as written but the single notes
are an octave above. The brackets indicate that the notes are not
necessarily played each time. The lyrics are not aligned with the

Before the solo there is a chord progression that seems to
follow F# F E melody but I can't figure out the chords except
that the last one is E major. It then goes into the Am G Am
for the solo which is played with a volume swell/slow attack
and wah-wah.
